How it started / how it’s going

During summer 2018, out of boredom i decide to try out #running.

Catch the virus, get myself a pair of shoes, start running almost every evening.

1st 10k in Paris, fall 2019

1st recorded 1000m EG october 2019

1st 20k november 2019.

During covid i am (un)fortunate to be lockdown out of town. I discover #trailrunning. Awesome experience, but once back in town i find no motivation to resume running. i’ll do 190k in 2021.

2022 is almost void of any running (total 122k)

2023 marks my “comeback” i manage around 760km. During fall, i decide to train properly and enroll myself in weekly strength running sessions organized by local club. I run every 2 days.

Beginning of 2024 i set myself a goal of 1000km done in a year. and enroll for my 1st (trail) marathon. This run will be an encouraging success. i’ll end the year with about 1500k.

2025, despite big personal life issues, i manage to consolidate  this progress, 1500k,  47000m EG.

2026, i intend to gain in endurance. Goal is to go beyond marathon distance.
