I made decision to definitely fix this recurring back pain. Got appointment with doctor who send me to kinesiotherapy. 1st meeting – evaluating causes goes very well. They suspect insufficient core strength, which fails to protect the back during overloading phase (carrying heavy stuff and overtraining…). Next meeting is next week, i should get a list of strenghtening exercises.
So i keep volume low, mixing easy gym session with some bike commuting. Not enough to enhance fitness, but being in the “fresh zone”, i should enjoy my new adventure: i rented a gravel bike for saturday for a longish 60 / 100 k ride.

The only performance bike i got was my urban Scott bike a few years back, which i used mainly for short incity commute. I also used it for a couple of family backpacking adventures during which i found it was very uncomfortable after a few hours on the saddle.
So the objective will be let’s see what’s it’s like to run on a “real” performance bike.
Ride went well and deserves it’s own post. Ended the week by an easy run on sunday. Weekly load 293, not that bad.
