So this marathon along the Saône has not been very conclusive. Let’s get back to training.

I’ll add 1/4h of running to my now daily 1/2h biking / 1/2h rowing. I manage to also do a couple bike commute (i’ll do 58k of biking during the week.
Morale quite low at the moment, and it shows ( rest hr going slightly up ).
Sunday morning, back pain which has been nagging me for a few days, has grown to the point of keeping me out of my expected long run. Still manage 2x45min of biking / rowing.
