I aim for a daily training load equal to expected CLT: 50, distributed throughout the week.
Which translate to: 1/2h biking (load 18) 1/2h rowing (13) , 1/2h stepper (14) and 1/4h running(10) to get used to that slow z2 pace.

It’s promising, with 2 very good z3 runs on the week-end (15K/500mEG on saturday, 30k, 1400mEG on sunday). On sunday legs were pretty tired, and 330 load on the week-end were definitely too much.
Fitness graph give a nice green line (progress !) during the weekend which drop in the red on sunday. It took some times to recover from such a load.
